Ethiopia is the birthplace of Arabica coffee, and Ethiopians have been drinking coffee longer than anyone else. Coffee is the national drink, with over 50% of the country's production
is consumed inside the country.
Ethiopian Organic Idido Misty Valley is a unique, premium, specialty coffee. The high elevation gives this coffee plenty of time to mature slowly and develop a flavor profile that is unique. The coffee is processed using the full natural method. Coffee cherries are delivered to the Bagersh’s proprietary dry mill in Idido, and then sun-dried on thin layered elevated beds. Once drying is complete, the beans are hulled, screened for size, hand sorted, double picked and polished to a uniform appearance, striking for a natural method coffee.
Intense berry aroma and lots of sweetness.
